Briefly about OPPA programme
Operational Programme Prague – Adaptability, or in other words OPPA focuses on the development of human resources, particularly education and social integration. The programme, which is co-financed by the European Social Fund and also from the budgets of the Capital City of Prague and the Czech Republic, aims at increasing the competitiveness of Prague and improving the employment chances of its residents. In other words, to enlarge their competitiveness in the labour market by increasing their productivity and adaptability.
The educational project of the Adria-Neptun spol. s r.o. company is a part of the priority axis under the title of Support for the Development of a Knowledge-based Economy. The target of this priority axis is to increase the quality of work produced by employed people through their further professional training and to prevent the social exclusion of some of the population.
Thanks to the almost one-year long preparation of the project, Adria-Neptun’s application was successful when competing with a large number of rival schemes. Within the project more than 60 employees will be trained, participating in up to 70 various sessions during the 30 month-long educational programme. |
