WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT – PURCHASE CANCELLATION

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days from the day following the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take delivery of the service voucher or the final item of goods or part of the delivery of goods. You may withdraw from this contract by means of any unambiguous statement addressed to our company, ADRIA-NEPTUN, spol. s r.o., Company Registration Number: 40766519, Václavské náměstí 26, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic, Tel: +420 221 081 230, Email: fbm@adria.cz (for example, by letter sent via a postal service provider or by email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but you are not obliged to do so. On our website www.adria-neptun.cz, you may also complete and submit the withdrawal form or any other unambiguous statement electronically. If you make use of this option, we will confirm receipt of your withdrawal in writing (for example, by email) without delay.

To meet the deadline for withdrawing from this contract, it is sufficient to send notice of withdrawal before the relevant deadline expires. Consequences of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund to you without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notice of your withdrawal, all funds we have received from you under this contract, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of delivery method, which differs from the cheapest delivery method we offer). We will use the same payment method for the refund as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly specified otherwise. Under no circumstances will this result in any additional costs for you. We may only refund the funds received once we have received the returned goods or once you have provided evidence that you have dispatched the goods back to us, whichever occurs first.

Please return the goods without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the date on which you withdrew from this contract, by post or in person to the following address: ADRIA-NEPTUN, spol. s r.o., Hotel ADRIA Prague, Václavské náměstí 26, 110 00 Prague 1. The deadline is deemed to have been met if you send the goods back to us before the 14 days have elapsed. You shall bear the direct costs associated with returning the goods. You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling them in a manner other than that necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
If you have requested that the provision of services commence during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to the extent of the services provided up to the time you notified us of your withdraw, compared with the total scope of services specified in the contract.
